Australia Domestic Shipping

Finbox use Australia Post for all domestic shipping.

Free Australian Domestic shipping when you spend over $100 on clothing or accessories and use the code FRICTIONFREE (excludes surfboards and snowboards). For orders under $100 a flat rate of $10 will be applied.

Shipping costs for surfboards apply to NSW and are a guide only. Rates will vary depending on location and we will charge accordingly.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1- 7 business days depending on your location.

 It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address information. Finbox will not be responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses as a result of the customer supplying the incorrect address.

International shipping

Unfortunately at present we only ship domestically within Australia.

Returns

Return Cost

Return delivery costs will be met by the customer.

14 Days to Return

Once you’ve received your item, if you change your mind or aren’t completely happy we are able to refund the item providing you contact us within the first 7 days on the store email info@finbox.com.au and all returns must be shipped to us within 14 days of return confirmation.

Item Condition

The item must be in the same condition you received it in. The item must not be worn/used and include all tags and packaging where applicable. 

Finbox reserve the right to inspect all returns and refuse a refund if we feel the product has been worn or used in any way.
